3D printing straight from the 3D model on a QIDI MAX4: prototypes, fitting parts, fixtures and one-off parts.

3D printing – parts straight from the model

We print parts straight from the 3D model on our own QIDI MAX4 printer. The model can be your own file or one we create in SolidWorks.

Design, printing, CNC machining and plastic welding all happen under one roof, so a printed part can ship together with the rest of your order.

What 3D printing is for

3D printing works well for:

  • Prototypes before series production
  • Fitting parts for checking dimensions and shape
  • Fixtures and production aids
  • One-off parts and small batches
  • Shapes that are difficult to mill

QIDI MAX4 and QIDI BOX

The build volume is large enough for big parts, so they can be printed in one piece without joints.

The QIDI BOX on top keeps the spools ready, so several colours can be combined in one print.

  • Build volume 390 × 390 × 340 mm
  • Enclosed build chamber
  • QIDI BOX: four filament spools

Printed on our own printer

From model to finished part

Send a model or an idea

A 3D model, drawing, photo or hand sketch is enough to get started.

If needed, we model the part in SolidWorks and check it before printing.

The part is printed on our own QIDI MAX4 printer.

The part is delivered as is or as part of an assembly.

Printing, milling or laser?

We choose the method to suit the part. All of them run on our own machines:

Complex shapes, prototypes and one-off parts straight from the model.

CNC machining

Milling of plastics, wood, plywood and aluminium on three CNC mills.

Laser cutting

Sheet parts, signs and engravings with a CO₂ laser.
